We do NOT use ETHELYNE GLYCOL as it is a very dangerous substance. We use PROPOLYNE GLYCOL in our “all seasons” FULL FILL inhibitor.

  

It is reasonably Environmentally Responsible and will NOT poison “Ground Water”.

Glycol Styles

Antifreeze's active ingredient is glycol. "Standard" coolants contain ethylene glycol (EG), which is toxic to people, pets, wildlife and groundwater. In recent years, less-toxic antifreezes containing propylene glycol have become available. These products advertise comparable cooling qualities to EG antifreezes but with less environmental impact. Either way, always clean up any coolant spills/radiator boil-over’s promptly.

  

  

The coolants that are available on the market today are all made to a price and are put together by the large companies such as Reco-Chem, ICI, and Cooper Lysahart. 

  

The chemical base is usually sodium, and chlorine. These do the job for a time but are highly unstable as these two chemicals when subjected to heat and pressure revert to Sodium NITRITE which is a very corrosive chemical.

  

  

With these corrosive salts running loose in the cooling system of your machine, you run the risk of some badly corroded components such as radiators and oil coolers. This is NOT worth the risk!

  

  

Also, in all handbooks it stipulates the need for the system to be flushed every 2 years or sooner. This DOES NOT HAPPEN. At best the machine is flushed with water, when there are deposits within the system that need removing or the system may suffer overheating. There are deposits of the old coolant still left as residuals which mix with the new cooling system protector, halving its working life.

  

  

This is why the yellow pages lists literally dozens of cooling system repair companies who are inundated with damaged cooling systems that have failed because of not being flushed out correctly and the incorrect balance of coolant being used.

  

  

When we conduct a flushing program, we need the machine at operating temperature, add the flush which is 15% PH Neutral, and run the machine for 30-40 minutes removing all light as well as heavy materials, metals and scale. Sulphites and sulphates are removed as are all rust deposits and other contamination.

  

  

We then “Back” flush the system removing all the rest of the deposits from the block leaving it clean and decontaminated which paves the way for the new protector to do the job of protecting the system. As we do not use chlorine based additives but rather hybrid organic acids in our cooling system products ours will last at least two years, while the rest are lucky to last two months at times.

  

Unfortunately we are unable to compete with their prices as they sell to resellers at cents on the dollar, while our products are very expensive to manufacture. And as they are compatible with the warranty requirements, they get past the warranty this way. However we do have the added bonus that our product lasts 2 years and so the flush is helped to be paid for.”

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

  • Flush the entire cooling system with Cooling System Flush.
  • Add  FORTH GENERATION Cooling System Conditioner to the EMPTY SYSTEM at a mix rate of one (1) Litre to every Twenty (20) litres the radiator holds.  Addthe conditioner to the EMPTY system, then fill the system with RAIN WATER only.
