“Big Blue” Grease

 “Big Blue” Grease is a superior, multi purpose grease that possesses characteristics for a wide range of anti friction and plain bearing surface characteristics, gears and couplings, in agricultural, transport, mining and marine applications.

Its extreme pressure and anti wear properties offer “high performance” that gives long service life under extreme load and shock conditions from low temperature to very high temperature environments. Together with special characteristics of shear stability combined with the inclusion of effective rust, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, ensures that  “Big Blue” Grease is the preferred recommendation for “sealed for life” Anti Friction bearings

CHARACTERISTICS

 “Big Blue” Grease is a scientifically advanced multi functional, multi purpose grease for all low and high temperature applications. It provides lubricant protection even where intermittent operation is experienced up to 200oC. Its ability to prevent scuffing and wear factors, as well as reducing wear under high load and shock conditions together with its supreme resistance to high temperature and its shear stable abilities is why  “Big Blue” Grease is preferred over conventional greases. Another characteristic is that it thereby minimises inventory.

“Sealed for life” bearings have assured long service life due to the exceptional oxidation, rust and corrosion resistance of  “Big Blue” Grease. Where extended service is required, it will maintain its original consistency, and will not “thin out” because of its “shear stability”.

WATER RESTANCE

Where water contamination or water “washes” out the grease, contaminating influences cannot be avoided, even at elevated temperatures, effective lubricating is maintained because of the excellent resistance to water “wash out”. In water or wet conditions, It gives protection against rusting and corrosion.

COMPATABILITY

This grease is compatible with most other greases, however, greases with Bentone or Aluminium complex thickeners should be avoided. It is preferred that possible trace contamination be removed prior to the use.

RECOMMENDATIONS

 “Big Blue” Grease is the prime recommendation for all plain, ball, roller, and other applications requiring grease lubrication in all Automotive, Agricultural, Marine and Mining equipment. It is also highly recommended for ball joints and wheel bearing applications where shock and heat are extreme, having complete protection against the ravages of rust.
