"HOW IT ALL WORKS"

The "AGRILUBE FLUID MANAGEMENT PROGRAM" works as follows:

This is a 7 PART program. To gain the maximum benefit from this program you WILL need to use several of the products in order for it to work successfully.

To start we need to look at your fuel. It is well known that ALL diesel fuel in Australia, after leaving the refinery becomes FILTHY. How do we know this, because our customers fit Microlube filters and the evidence is caught in the filters "sock".

No 1

We fit a Microlube filter to the LAST filling point, i.e.the main fuel tank or field trailer etc. This ensures that our fuel is then CLEAN. (see the fuel section)

No 2

We then TREAT this fuel with our Agrilube Gen 10 fuel stabiliser. This encapsulates all the water present in our fuel which is then transferred through the fuel system and burned off as "Oxygen" into the atmosphere causing no damage to components along the way.

All ACID is neautralised by this application as is all bacteria rendering the fuel safe to use, able to be stored for long periods of time and will give you a GUARANTEED 5% in fuel savings. The main benefit is that this product pays for itself.

Example: 5ltrs of Gen 10 treats 20000ltrs of fuel. At $1.30 a ltr this is a cost of $26000.00. 5% saving is therefore $1300.00. the cost of 5 ltrs of Gen 10 is $375.00 being a direct saving of $975.00. ONE WOULD BE CRAZY NOT TO USE THIS PRODUCT.

No 3

We get the machine to operating temperature and then take an "oil analysis" of the machines component (engine, diff, etc) which gives us the HISTORY of that component. This is then sent off to the laboratory IMMEDIATELY for a result.

No 4

We then add the Agrilube Flushing Concentrate at the correct dose rate to the component and if an engine we run it for 30 minutes at idle, if a diff etc we take the vehicle for a drive for 20 minutes to "stir" things up. We then drain the component.

No 5 

We then add the new AGRILUBE Lube oil. If an engine we do 250hrs, change the main filter, take another oil sample and carry on until the oil analysis laboratory tells us to change the oil. This can be up to and beyond the 1000hr mark. 

If a diff or final drive etc, we take a sample at 500hr intervals. In most cases we will not have to change this oil again for the life of the machine as long as we keep it clean.

No 6

We flush the cooling system with the Agrilube Flushing Concentrate and inhibit it with the correct Agrilube Cooling System product for the vehicle.

No 7

We THEN fit a FILTEK Centrafuge that will extend yout lube oil drains WAY OUT by HUNDREDS OF HOURS. We have one customer who has carried out 7000hrs on their lube oil, without change, in one year. CONSIDER THE SAVINGS!

COSTS

I often tell customers that they can actually have the benefits of ALL my products FREE. This is how that works.

By going out to 1500hrs instead of the customary 250hrs, we are literally saving ourselves 6 drums of oil. This equates to about $6000.00. The cost of all the above products is approx $1000.00. So there is absolutely NO REASON why any operator of machinery can NOT afford this program and its benefits.
