Oil Flushing Concentrate
 Flushing Oil Concentrate is a specially formulated blend of penetrants, lubricants and sludge dispersants designed for use in all petrol and diesel engines, gear trains, gear boxes, final drive differentials and other components that run in SAE 5 to 170 engine or extreme pressure lubricants. It is not for use in areas that run in automatic transmission fluids or vegetable oils.

A statement with which the automotive industry is fully conversant. It does not pay to add clean oil to a dirty engine environment and then fit a new oil filter. Within seconds from start up the clean oil picks up the dirt, sludge, gum varnish and acid deposits in the crankcase causing the effective working life of the lube oil to be severely depleted, up too 40%, by deposits already present in the engine compartment, Engines, Gear trains, Hydraulic systems and Final Drive Differentials all respond adversely to corrosion as well as metal deposits, dust particles, water and other unwanted contaminants that find their way into these environments.
These deposits can spell doom for the operator of automotive equipment causing expensive down time and unnecessary repairs. Debilitating deposits form in engine oil galleries, and are the cause of oil related engine and component failure. Contamination in all oil environments can be removed harmlessly by using oil flushing concentrate.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: ENGINES
If undertaking an oil analysis program. take sample before adding flush.
- With the engine at operating temperature and the crankcase oil at the full mark, add oil flushing concentrate to the old oil in the engine at a mix rate of 350mls to every 5ltrs of engine oil.
- Start the engine and run at a fast idle for ten minutes.
- Stop engine and drain old oil from crankcase.
- Replace drain bung, fit a new oil filter and add the correct amount of new oil.
- All other applications: Add 200mls to every 20ltrs of old oil.

DIRECTIONS
Ensure that crankcase oil is at correct level and run vehicle until normal operating temperature is reached. Add about 300 ml of Engine Flush to each 5 ltrs of crankcase oil and idle the engine for 10 minutes. Stop engine and drain oil. Fit a new oil alter and add new oil.
